The 6th Annual Capital Classic Strongman Challenge April 23rd, 2016
Coming to Tyson’s Playground, Tysons Corner Virginia, April 2016 in conjunction with the Mid Atlantic Super Strength (M.A.S.S.) Weekend, The 6th Annual Capital Classic is happening!
The M.A.S.S. weekend will be one of the biggest gatherings on the east coast of fitness, strength and power! With Power Lifting, Body Building, Strongman, Strongwoman, Olympic Lifting and the Super Total competition! It all Starts April 22nd and runs through the 24th.
HERE ARE THE EVENTS:
EVENTS: Log Press for Reps (c&p each rep)
FIRE TRUCK pull - harness and rope
Farmers/Tire Flip (HEAVY Farmers, 50’, 5 flips)
Axle Deadlift for reps (conventional height)
And of course the BVP standard… 5 Stone Run on High to low platforms.
We will have the following divisions:
LW, HW novice mens (cap at 10 each)
175, 200, 231, HW Mens Open
Men’s masters
Log and Deadlift 60 second time limit
Stones and Farmers/Tire Medley 75 seconds
Truck Pull 80 feet, 75 seconds
Deadlift – no straps allowed, no suits, up and down call
Log – C&P each rep
